In 2014 I got my start with inspections on the east coast. I received my initial training through the eyes of the insurance industry. After moving to Illinois, I branched off to find clients could come in all different types like lenders, agents and investors. Over eleven years and well into tens of thousands of houses later in 2025 I tested for and received my real estate home inspector license from the state of Illinois.

I continue to work with insurance clients doing high value and adjusting inspections and I am looking to add my insurance insight to your home buying process. The next most important thing after buying your home is to keep it protected, and I can give you an idea of what you may expect to hear from your agent.
